A link does not necessarily mean Buildvia endorses or controls the third party.

Subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement, disputes arising specifically from use of the public Buildvia website shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Volusia County, Florida.

Buildvia may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
