Buildvia builds and manages customer-facing technology for trade and service businesses. That includes website technology, websites themselves, estimate-to-appointment systems, and eventually advertising management. Our focus is the technology between someone becoming interested in your business and taking the next step with you.

Buildvia is primarily designed for established trade and service businesses such as roofing, remodeling, flooring, concrete, painting, landscaping, fencing, windows and doors, and similar businesses. Not every product fits every business, which is why we prefer to understand how your business works before recommending one.

No. Tech Stack, Websites, and ProjectReady™ solve different problems. Some businesses may only need one. Others may benefit from combining them. We would rather recommend the smallest setup that solves the actual problem than sell you technology you do not need.

No. Buildvia can work with businesses beyond our local area.

No. Buildvia builds technology designed to make it easier for potential customers to communicate, provide information, schedule, and move through the next steps. Business results also depend on factors outside Buildvia's control, including traffic, pricing, market conditions, reputation, sales process, responsiveness, and service quality.

We'll first learn what your business is trying to improve. If a Buildvia product fits, we'll explain the recommended setup, pricing, what we need from you, and what happens next. You do not need to know which product you need before contacting us.

Power Stack

9 answers

Not necessarily. Tech Stack was specifically designed to add useful customer-facing technology to an existing website. If your current website is still serving your business well, we would rather upgrade what it can do than replace it unnecessarily.

Tech Stack includes: Dynamic Contact Form, AI Webchat, Online Scheduling, Appointment confirmations and reminders, Speed-to-Lead Notifications, Easy CRM, and Monthly Reporting. These are sold together as one system for $149/month.

The six core Tech Stack features are packaged together rather than sold individually. Optional upgrades such as Fallback AI, Estimate Tool, Quote Form, Reactivation Campaign, and 5-Star Review Funnel can be added separately.

No. AI-powered customer interactions should function as an automated business assistant, not impersonate the owner or staff. Its job is to help answer appropriate questions, gather information, or move the customer toward the appropriate next step.

It should not invent one. The interaction can be directed toward human follow-up when a question requires information or judgment the system does not have.

Yes. Scheduling availability can be configured around the business's actual availability and the types of appointments offered.

Yes. The goal of the Dynamic Contact Form is to collect information that is actually useful to your business rather than forcing every company into the same generic Name / Email / Message form.

No. Tech Stack is intended to handle useful repetitive first steps and help keep customer interactions moving. Human conversations, judgment, sales decisions, and customer relationships still belong to your team.

Optional upgrades are available for businesses that need capabilities such as unanswered-call AI, estimates, detailed quote requests, lead reactivation, or review requests.

Websites

The biggest difference is what happens after the website is built. Managed Website: Buildvia builds it, hosts it, maintains it, and continues managing it. WordPress: Buildvia builds it and hands control over after final payment. Neither is inherently "better." They are two different ownership and management models.

Yes. After final payment and handoff, the client receives control of the completed WordPress website. The client also maintains their own hosting, domain, and applicable external accounts.

You own your domain, branding, photos, videos, business information, and other assets you provide. The managed website itself is hosted and managed by Buildvia as part of the ongoing service. It is not automatically transferred if managed service ends.

Managed Website clients receive one standard site update per month. Examples include a seasonal promotion, offer, announcement, banner, pop-up, event, testimonial, or featured project or photo. The update is use-it-or-lose-it and does not roll over. It is not unlimited editing, custom development, or a monthly redesign.

Included revision rounds are intended for design adjustments to the initial build. They are not an unlimited opportunity to repeatedly change the project's scope, structure, or functionality. Additional work outside the included revision scope may be billable.

Yes, within the applicable website package. Buildvia can create the initial website copy using information supplied during onboarding and existing business materials. The client is responsible for providing accurate information about their services, policies, credentials, pricing, and business.

Not under the standard website packages. Buildvia's current website packages do not include shopping carts, checkout, inventory, shipping systems, large product catalogs, or complex e-commerce functionality.

Yes, within the package limits. Up to 12 products may be displayed using information such as an image, description, and call to action. This is display-only and does not include cart, checkout, inventory, or shipping functionality.

Blogs are not included in Buildvia's standard website packages.

We'll tell you. If a project falls outside Buildvia's productized scope, we would rather recommend that you use an appropriate provider than force the project into a package that does not fit.

ProjectReady™

ProjectReady™ is an estimate-to-appointment smart lead funnel designed primarily as a dedicated destination for paid advertising traffic. It can collect project information, show an estimated price or range using the business's pricing logic, and allow the potential customer to schedule the next step.

No. The landing page is only the beginning. ProjectReady™ connects project qualification, estimate logic, scheduling, appointment communication, follow-up, and opportunity organization into one customer journey.

The business does. Buildvia does not invent your service pricing. The client supplies the pricing or estimate logic and Buildvia implements that logic into the system.

Not necessarily. ProjectReady™ is designed to provide an estimated price or range based on the information supplied and the business's pricing logic. The final price may depend on inspection, measurements, selections, site conditions, or other information the business requires.

That does not automatically rule out ProjectReady™. Estimate logic can sometimes use multiple questions, selections, ranges, or variables. We'll first determine whether your pricing model can be represented responsibly in an estimate experience.

Yes, when photos or files are useful to the project qualification process.

The current ProjectReady™ workflow can send a follow-up text approximately 30 minutes after an estimate is completed without a booking. If the prospect still does not schedule approximately one hour later, the business can be notified so a human knows there may be an opportunity worth following up with.

Yes. How the change is handled depends on whether you own the system or use Managed ProjectReady™. Managed ProjectReady™ includes one Monthly Campaign Update, which can be used for a standard pricing or estimate-logic update.

Ownership: Buildvia builds ProjectReady™ inside your own GoHighLevel account and hands control to you after final payment. Managed: Buildvia hosts, manages, and maintains the system as an ongoing service.

Because the ownership version is built directly inside your account. After handoff, you are responsible for maintaining the required platform subscription and applicable usage charges.

No. ProjectReady™ is the destination and customer journey after someone clicks. Advertising management is a separate Buildvia service that is currently coming soon.

Pricing + Billing

11 answers

Yes. Our standard product pricing is published on the Pricing page so you can decide whether Buildvia is realistically within your budget before contacting us.

Possibly. Features that use texting, calling, AI, email, or other communication infrastructure may create usage-based charges. We'll explain which usage charges apply to your setup before launch.

Some customer communication services incur costs based on actual activity. A business sending very few messages should not necessarily pay the same infrastructure cost as one sending thousands. Usage-based billing allows those costs to follow actual use.

Yes. If your setup includes separately billed usage, Buildvia will explain the applicable customer-facing rates before activation.

Because significant work happens before the monthly management begins. The setup fee covers part of the initial work required to design, build, configure, and launch the website. The monthly fee covers the ongoing managed service.

No. The standard Managed Website is $499 setup + $199/month. The Managed Website + Tech Stack bundle is $499 setup + $299/month. Choose the version that fits your business.

Yes. A business can begin with the appropriate website option and add Tech Stack later if needed.

Because Buildvia is managing both systems together. Separately, Managed Website + Tech Stack would total $348/month. The bundle is $299/month.

50% is due upfront. The remaining 50% is due upon completion before launch/handoff.

Standard additional website pages are currently $75/page where applicable. Other work outside the defined package scope may require a separate quote.

Applicable service terms will be provided and explained before purchase.

Ads

Coming Soon9 answers

Not yet. Buildvia Ads is currently being prepared. No public launch date has been announced.

Buildvia currently plans to offer Google Local Services Ads management and Facebook / Meta Ads management. Final availability, scope, and pricing will be announced at launch.

Ads management will be reserved for existing Buildvia customers. Buildvia wants visibility into the systems receiving and responding to paid opportunities rather than simply generating traffic and ignoring what happens afterward.

Advertising works upstream. Your website, response systems, scheduling, lead handling, and follow-up work downstream. Buildvia's advertising model is being designed around connecting those two sides rather than managing ads in isolation.

No. The advertising budget paid to the applicable ad platform will be separate from Buildvia's management fee.

No. Advertising performance depends on many variables outside any agency's control. Buildvia will not guarantee lead volume, sales, revenue, rankings, or ROI.

ProjectReady™ will be the recommended destination for many appropriate estimate-driven campaigns, but it will not automatically be required for every business or campaign.

Local Services Ads can generate direct phone calls. When a business is paying for those opportunities, Buildvia wants unanswered calls to have another response path rather than simply ending when the office cannot answer. Fallback AI does not guarantee a booking or sale, and appropriate human follow-up remains important.

Yes. Interested businesses can join the interest list. Joining the list does not guarantee acceptance or availability.
