Getting attention
is only the beginning.
Buildvia is developing advertising-management services for existing Buildvia customers—connecting customer acquisition with the systems that receive, respond to, and manage those opportunities.

Before we turn up the traffic,
we check the road.
If a business misses calls, responds slowly, has a weak contact experience, can’t schedule easily, loses track of opportunities, or sends paid traffic somewhere poorly designed for the campaign—then simply buying more traffic can mean paying to create more opportunities for the same problems to happen.
First
Make sure the business can receive the opportunity.
Then
Increase the opportunity.
We don’t want to just send you leads.
We want to know what happens after they arrive. That’s why Buildvia Ads will be available exclusively to existing Buildvia clients—we want the systems responsible for receiving, responding to, qualifying, and following up with paid opportunities to already be in place before we manage advertising for the business. Existing clients may still need to meet the readiness requirements described below.

Not every opportunity becomes an appointment—but every opportunity should have a place to go.
Ads get their attention.
Your systems take it from there.
An ad can create the opportunity, but it can’t answer the phone, follow up with a lead, qualify a project, or book an appointment. That’s why Buildvia Ads is reserved for existing Buildvia customers—we want the systems handling the opportunity to be ready before we pay to create more of them.

Google Local Services Ads
For eligible service categories, Google’s Local Services Ads can place a business prominently in local search and let potential customers contact the business directly. Buildvia’s planned role is to help eligible businesses get set up, then manage the advertising profile and campaign over time.
Google decides eligibility. Buildvia cannot guarantee approval, and verification can take time depending on Google and the documentation required. A rough setup may take around 3–4 weeks—not a guaranteed timeline.

Required for LSA management
Fallback AI will be required.
Google says missed calls may negatively affect your responsiveness, and responsiveness is one of the factors used in Local Services Ads ranking. If Buildvia is managing your LSA performance, we don’t want paid opportunities going unanswered when your team can’t pick up. That’s why Fallback AI is required for LSA management—it gives unanswered calls a backup response path so the opportunity can still be captured for follow-up.

Facebook / Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram advertising creates a different customer journey from Google Local Services Ads. Rather than primarily generating direct local-service calls, these campaigns may send interested prospects into a dedicated experience where they can learn more and take the next step.
Buildvia plans to manage
- Campaign setup
- Campaign structure
- Audience configuration
- Ad deployment
- Ongoing management
- Campaign adjustments
- Ad ↔ destination coordination
Recommended destination
ProjectReady™ + Facebook Ads
ProjectReady™ is the recommended destination for Buildvia-managed Facebook advertising when the use case is appropriate—taking someone from ad, to project details, to estimate, to appointment. It is not universally required. Some campaigns or businesses may need a different destination. Buildvia will determine the appropriate setup with the client.
Two costs. Two payments.
Future Buildvia Ads management fees will not include the client’s advertising budget unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are separate costs paid to separate places.

Questions, answered.
Buildvia has not announced a public launch date yet. Ads management will roll out gradually and only to existing Buildvia customers. Joining the interest list is the best way to hear about early availability.
Buildvia Ads will be reserved for existing Buildvia customers. We want visibility into what happens after a lead arrives—not just the ad side in isolation.
Advertising works upstream. The website, response systems, scheduling, lead handling, and follow-up work downstream. Buildvia wants the customer-acquisition side connected to the systems already supporting the business.
No. Your advertising budget is paid to the advertising platform. Buildvia’s management fee is paid to Buildvia. They are separate costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
No. Buildvia Ads will not guarantee leads, sales, ROI, rankings, or a specific cost per lead. We manage the advertising; the business remains responsible for appropriate human follow-up.
Yes—Google Local Services Ads management is planned, subject to Google’s eligibility and verification requirements, which Buildvia does not control. Fallback AI will be required for LSA management.
Yes. Facebook / Meta Ads management is planned as a separate service from LSA, with a different customer journey and destination strategy.
Not universally. ProjectReady™ is the recommended destination when the use case is appropriate, but some campaigns or businesses may need a different destination. Buildvia will determine the right setup with you.
LSA can generate direct calls. When you’re paying for those opportunities, unanswered calls matter. Fallback AI gives unanswered calls another response path so a paid call isn’t left with nowhere to go.
Yes—you can express interest. But Ads management itself will be reserved for existing Buildvia customers at launch.
